1)  Bachelor`s degree or above. Maritime university or law major should be the priority.

2)  Fluent in speaking, listening, writing and reading English. Strong oral ability.

3) Good communication and negotiation skill. Self motivation, team spirit, positive character and responsibility are preferred.
